RStudio: introduction

RStudio (or RStudio server) is developed by Posit. It emulates an RStudio instance on the platform.

Why and when using it?

Our solution is not meant for everyday use: we simply do not have the resources for it. Remember that all jobs will run on a single node, with 128 cores, and 512GB RAM.

As a consequence, small computation should be performed on your laptop.
